MOSCOW, April 26 (Itar-Tass) - The Friday morning fire in a mental institution in the Moscow Region has been extinguished, the press service of the Russian Interior Ministry’s (MVD) main department for the Moscow Region told Itar-Tass.
“According to specified data, at the time when fire started in the hospital in the Ramensky settlement, there were 38 people inside. Two managed to escape and the remaining 36 were killed,” the police said.
