MOSCOW, April 22 (Itar-Tass) – The Russian Investigative Committee has brought the final accusation against Dmitry Vinogradov, 30, who shot down his colleagues at an office of the company Rigla in Moscow last November. In the final accusation along with murder the criminal is accused under Article 280 Part 1 of the Russian Criminal Code for public appeals to extremist activities.

On November 7, 2012, Dmitry Vinogradov, 29, gunned down seven colleagues from two hunting rifles, six of them died, at an office of the company in the Chermyanskaya Street. Vinogradov was unarmed by the internal security guards of the company.

Before the crime he posted on his page in the social network the manifesto, which, according to the conclusion of the experts, contained the appeals, which “were aimed at a massive destruction of the humankind and the justification of such actions, i.e. the appeals to terrorism.”
