MOSCOW, April 12 (Itar-Tass) - Nine billion roubles will be allocated from the federal budget in 2014-2015 to finance regional programs to support people with disabilities, Russian Minister of Labor and Social Policy said on Friday.
According to the minister, the federal program Accessible Environment is being implemented in Russia and each region has a similar program to create accessible environments for the disabled. “In 2014-2015, the federal budget provides allocations of nine billion roubles,” he said. “The money will go to finance regional programs."
