BLAGOVESHCHENSK, April 12 (Itar-Tass) - Both the United States’ Magnitsky List and Russia’s response to it will tell negatively on the Russian-U.S. relations, press secretary to the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, told journalists on Friday.
“The publication of whatever lists will inevitably produce a negative impact of bilateral relations between Russia and the United States,” he said.
The Magnitsky List is expected to be published before April 13.
However, the presidential press secretary stressed that the two countries have comprehensive relations. “And even being under the burden of such possible negative things and suffering losses from these negative things, these relations still have many prospects for further development,” Peskov noted. “We will always have a lot of subjects for discussion,” he added.
