The rally is organised by the opposition’s Coordinating Council, and was approved by the Moscow Mayor’s Office. The organisers announced participation of one thousand.
The rally participants see an exhibition of photographs from the site of the past event. The organisers also placed portraits of the suspects under the criminal case and portraits of the opposition members, whom they consider to be political prisoners.
The agreed time of the rally is to 17:00 Moscow time.
The situation is quiet there now.
