NICOSIA, April 5 (Itar-Tass) – Cyprus and Russia have signed an agreement to protect classified information, the Cypriot Defence Ministry told Itar-Tass.
The agreement was concluded by Cypriot Defence Minister Fotis Fotiou and chief head of the Russian FSB Economic Security Service Yuri Yakovlev on Friday.
The document will facilitate the development of cooperation between Cyprus and Russia, primarily in the military and military-technical fields, the Cypriot ministry reported.
