NALCHIK, April 1 (Itar-Tass) –The counterterrorist operation regime was introduced from 08:00 MSK on Monday in a part of the Elbrus district of Kabardino-Balkaria, the republic’s operational headquarters told Itar-Tass.
“The boundaries of the counterterrorist operation extend from the Neitrino settlement to the Russian state border with Georgia, the administrative borders with Karachay-Cherkessia and the Chegem district of Kabardino-Balkaria,” a representative of the HQ said.
