ROSTOV-ON-DON, March 29 (ITAR-TASS) – Russian president Vladimir Putin considers it possible to return monetary remuneration for blood donations, he stated here on Friday at a conference of All Russia People's Front (Popular Front – ONF).
“The kind of support to the donors they receive now – meals free of charge, tickets and so on could be monetized, transformed into monetary form”, he said.
“The question consists only in how much it will cost”, he added. “In principle it could be arranged so that people receive not less, but even a little bit more than before,” he said.
