MOSCOW, March 8 (Itar-Tass) – Moscow is surprised at the statement from the US Department of State about problems with receiving from Texas’ authorities documents on Maxim Kuzmin’s death, Konstantin Dolgov, Russian Foreign Ministry's Special Representative for Human Rights, Democracy and the Rule of Law said on Friday.
“The US Department of State tells us they cannot receive from Texas’ authorities the forensic documents on Maxim Kuzmin’s death,” Dolgov wrote in his Twitter. “This is strange.”
“The Department of State should follow the US obligations under the bilateral agreements with Russia and should let us learn all circumstances of Maxim Kuzmin’s death,” the diplomat wrote.
