MOSCOW, March 7 (Itar-Tass) – The Tagansky District Court of Moscow sanctioned the arrest of Yuri Zarutsky, who is suspected as a perpetrator of the criminal attack on Ballet Artistic Director of the Bolshoi Theatre Sergei Filin, on Thursday. Thus, the court satisfied a petition from the detective.
“Upon considering the materials produced, the court ruled that the petition of the detective should be satisfied,” Judge Marina Orlova pronounced the court verdict.
The suspect will be kept under arrest until April 18 inclusively.
