Police took documents during the searches for the investigation into the case of bankruptcy of the Frunzenskoye road and public work company

MOSCOW, February 23 (Itar-Tass) - Police took documents from ex-prefect of Moscow's Northern district Oleg Mitvol during the searches for the investigation into the case of bankruptcy of the Frunzenskoye road and public work company, the Moscow police press service told Itar-Tass on Saturday.

From Mitvol's Moscow flat and country house, police took documents that shed light on the relations between the Frunzenskoye road and public work company and the district prefecture when the agreement was concluded on a loan deal. Violations were committed in the procedure, which resulted in the bankruptcy of the state-run company, the press service said.

The Moscow police investigative department is conducting an investigation into the criminal case opened on June 24, 2011 over facts of power abuse by a former director-general of the Frunzenskoye state-run road and public work management company.
