Putin to meet with judges of Russia’s Supreme Court

The event, devoted to the 90th anniversary of establishment of the Supreme Court, will feature over 400 participants

MOSCOW, February 21 (Itar-Tass) - Russia’s President Vladimir Putin will meet on Thursday with judges of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.

“The event, devoted to the 90th anniversary of establishment of the Supreme Court, will feature over 400 participants: staff, judges, veterans of the Supreme Court, chairpersons of regional courts,” the presidential site informs.

The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation is a court within the judiciary of Russia and the court of last resort in the Russian administrative law, civil law and criminal law cases. It also supervises the work of lower courts.
