Krainy did not admit his guilt, blaming his subordinates for sluggishness

MOSCOW, February 20 (Itar-Tass) - The Investigative Committee /SK/ on Wednesday questioned director of the Federal Agency for Fisheries Andrei Krainy in the criminal case over forgery in office /he allegedly backdated dismissal papers of his employee from the agency's northwestern department, who had been detained for bribery/, SK spokesman Vladimir Markin told Itar-Tass.
