Electricity supply restoring in 15 villages of Rostov region

In the last two months this is the fourth failure in electricity supply due to the bad weather conditions in the Rostov region

ROSTOV ON DON, February 9 (Itar-Tass) – Electricity supply is being restored in 15 villages of the Rostov region, the emergency response department told Itar-Tass on Saturday.

“Electricity has been partially switched off due to the strong wind. Repair works are being held now,” the department reported.

According to Rostovenergo, technological disturbances occurred in the north and west of Rostov Region.

“First of all socially important facilities are being switched in. The work continues at 15 power lines,” Rostovenergo said.

The remedial work involves 38 repair brigades (94 people) and 38 units of equipment of Rostovenergo.

In the last two months this is the fourth failure in electricity supply due to the bad weather conditions in the Rostov region.
