Investigators demand house arrest for Udalstov

“Udaltsov continues to take illegal actions in violation of the measure of restraint,” Markin said

MOSCOW, February 8 (Itar-Tass) – Investigators demand a house arrest for Russian opposition leader Sergei Udaltsov over violation of his recognizance not to leave, Investigative Committee spokesman Vladimir Markin told Itar-Tass on Friday.

“In particular, Udaltsov has not been living at his place of domicile, his mobile phones are often switched off, which makes it difficult to summon him to investigators,” he said.

“Moreover, Udaltsov continues to take illegal actions in violation of the measure of restraint,” Markin said.
