Poland extradites former prosecutor Alexander Ignatenko to Russia

He was passed to the Russian side at 11:00 local time (14:00 Moscow time) on Thursday

WARSAW, February 7 (Itar-Tass) – Former first deputy prosecutor of the Moscow Region Alexander Ignatenko, who was detained in Poland more than a year ago, was extradited to Russia, the Polish police said on Thursday.

“He was passed to the Russian side at 11:00 local time (14:00 Moscow time) on Thursday at the Warsaw airport Okecie,” the Polish Press Agency quoted a source in the republican law enforcement agencies as saying.
