MOSCOW, February 6 (Itar-Tass) – The legalization of same-sex marriages in Great Britain and France limits possibilities for the adoption of children from Russia into families of these countries, Russian Foreign Ministry’s commissioner for human rights, democracy and rule of law Konstantin Dolgov said on Wednesday.
“The British and French parliaments have legalized same-sex marriages. This narrows possibilities for these countries’ nationals to adopt Russian children,” the diplomat said in his Twitter micro blog.
