MOSCOW, February 4 (Itar-Tass) – Russian Foreign Ministry Commissioner for Human Rights, Democracy and the Supremacy of Law Konstantin Dolgov urges the United States to rivet more attention to protecting the rights of American children.
“The U.S. faces a tragedy when a child was taken hostage: Americans should rivet more attention to protecting the rights of children,” Dolgov said in his Twitter blog on Monday.
According to earlier reports, Jimmy Lee Dykes, 65, held a five-year-old child hostage in Midland City, Alabama.
