KRASNOYARSK, December 31 (Itar-Tass) —— Five people were killed in a road accident, as a car and a shuttle bus collided in the Novosibirsk Region. The shuttle bus was en route from Karasuk to Novosibirsk, the press service of the Siberian regional emergency situation centre told Itar-Tass on Monday.
The road accident occurred at the 206th kilometre of the highway K-17r in the Kochki district of the region overnight to Monday. Five people were killed in the car, and the bus passengers were not hurt in the collision between a Subaru car and the shuttle bus Setra, which was carrying 28 people.
The traffic was not suspended on the highway.
The investigation into the road accident continues.
