MOSCOW, December 29 (Itar-Tass) — An application is submitted to the Moscow Mayor's Office to organize a march on January 13, Left Front coordinator Sergei Udaltsov told Itar-Tass.

The application is made for a march of 20,000 people from the Belorussky Railway Station through Tverskaya Street to the State Duma building, he said.

One of the organizers, Pyotr Tsarkov told Itar-Tass that an application was filed for another route of the march from Kaluzhskaya Square through Yakimanka to Mokhovaya to come to the State Duma building. The march is planned to begin at 14:00 Moscow time.

According to Udaltsov, the main demand is lifting of the ban on adoption of Russian orphans by Americans (the ban is imposed by the law passed in response to the "Magnitsky Act"). Demonstrators will also demand dissolution of the parliament and early elections to the State Duma and the Federation Council and resignation of the president who signed the law, the oppositionist said.

The march is organized by civil activists, but not only opposition politicians. Among those who submitted the application are civil activists. It is a civil action, Udaltsov noted.
