MOSCOW, December 28 (Itar-Tass) — The interrogation of former Defence Minister Anatoly Serdyukov was delayed to January 11 at his request.
“Anatoly Serdyukov arrived for interrogation without the lawyer and requested for the postponement of the interrogation to hold it in the presence of the lawyer. The detective satisfied this request,” spokesman for the Russian Investigation Committee Vladimir Markin told Itar-Tass on Friday.
The interrogation was delayed to January 11, 2013, he said.
The detectives intended to interrogate the former minister on an episode of the Oboronservis criminal case.
