MOSCOW, December 27 (Itar-Tass) — Russia’s President Vladimir Putin approved changes to the law on the Central Bank, the Kremlin reported on Thursday.

The law allows the Russian Central Bank to open and have rouble correspondent accounts of foreign central /national/ banks
