MOSCOW, December 18 (Itar-Tass) – Moscow City and Moscow region will remain frosty Tuesday, with the average temperatures during the daytime at minus 15 C to minus 13 C.

Snow flurries and icing on the roads are possible in separate districts of the region. The southeast wind is expected to blow at 4 to 9 meters per second.

Overnight to Tuesday, the temperature readings will likely sink to minus 21 C on the average, but some places may evidence minus 26 C.
