MOSCOW, December 10 (Itar-Tass) —— President Vladimir Putin supported the proposal to establish civil control over government bodies at different levels.
“This is extremely important work and civil initiative is very relevant nowadays,” Putin said at a meeting with his confidants on Monday, December 10.
“There are nearly one million bodies that exercise control,” the president added and admitted that their work is not effective enough.
“We should think about how to support them” and urged his administration to think about this.
