NALCHIK, December 6 (Itar-Tass) — An explosion rocked the vehicle of Kabardino-Balkaria’s Deputy Minister of Transport and Road Management Vladislav Dyachenko on Thursday, the republican law enforcement agencies told Itar-Tass.
The explosion went off at 09:20 Moscow time on Thursday, while the high-ranking official was driving for an official mission.
Dyachenko survived, but the specifics of his condition has not been reported yet.
Meanwhile, the press service of the Russian Investigation Committee reported that a team of detectives is working at the crime scene. A criminal case is about to be opened under an article of the Russian Criminal Code for attempted murder.
