Canton Fair: profiting participants with new trade service

GUANGZHOU, China, Oct. 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Growing your business, especially in today's complex international arena, is all about taking advantage of opportunities. Using the event's popular "i-Share scheme", a growing number of established Canton Fair buyers are now giving friends and associates the opportunity to share in their success, as well as benefiting themselves as they participate.

By logging on to Canton Fair website and and accessing the BEST (Buyer E-Service Tool) platform, buyers can send out invitations to the event to other interested parties. Regular buyers can also send out an "i-Share" exclusive entry ticket, which gives invitees free entry and special green channel access.

Whether they are invited through the BEST platform or are lucky recipients of an exclusive entry ticket, new buyers get their first entry badge processed free of charge. BEST platform invitees also receive coffee coupons.

Regular buyers are also rewarded through the "i-Share" scheme. Those who send out a total of 30 invitational mails within three successive sessions (starting from the 114th Fair) can redeem one Canton Fair Food & Beverage Coupon (maximum five coupon redemptions per session). For every 150 invitational mails sent, buyers are able to visit the Canton Fair VIP lounge. All rewards can be redeemed against the trading coupon generated by the BEST platform.

With the Canton Fair holding promotional road shows around the globe, as well as launching social media campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube, there's never been a better time for sellers to get involved too.

One enterprise that is already benefiting from Canton Fair's international exposure is Jiangsu-based Nantong Iron Master Sporting Industrial Co., Ltd., a leading Chinese fitness equipment manufacturer with annual sales of US$76 million. As a regular Fair attendee, the company's export-driven sales showed an annual increase of 50% in 2013 alone.

Canton Fair has really helped Iron Master crack the South American market. "We have recently inked deals in Brazil, Peru and Venezuela," says company president Huang Chengbing. "A growing number of South American businesses are now attending the Fair. There's never been a better time to take advantage of what this event can offer."

Kicking off on October 15, the Canton Fair extends a welcome to all participants.
