The 9th China Cultural Products Trade Fair to be Held in Yiwu, Zhejiang on April 27-30

YIWU, China, March 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The 9th China (Yiwu) Cultural Products Trade Fair is jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Culture, the People's Government of Zhejiang Province, and China Council for the Promotion of International Trade. More than 2,000 international standard booths will be set up in an area of 50,000 square meters. It will attract over 1,000 exhibitors.

The exhibition areas arrangement goes as follows: Consumer Cultural Products Area, Cultural Creative Design Area, New Formats, New Crafts, New Technologies, New Products, New Concept, New Design and its Applications Area, Cultural Art Fine Works Area, Cultural Products Equipment & Technology Area, Copyright Trade Area, Productive and Protective Intangible Products Area, and Overseas Cultural Products Trade Area.

Located at the center of Zhejiang Province, Yiwu, which is the trade center of global consumer goods and a comprehensive reform pilot city of international trade, has the largest consumer goods wholesale market across the globe. The market covers a business area of 5.5 million square meters, accommodates 75,000 booths, and sells more than 1.8 million kinds of consumer goods. The daily passenger flow is over 300,000. Yiwu has business ties with 219 countries and regions across the globe and the annual flow of foreign merchants to the city is over 500,000. More than 13,000 overseas merchants are residing in Yiwu, and 782,000 TEUs of goods are exported worldwide annually.
