UNITED NATIONS, April 10. /TASS/. The US-initiated draft UN Security Council resolution on Syria runs counter to Russia’s position and will not be passed, Russia’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations Vasily Nebenzya said on Tuesday.

"Even if we supposed the unimaginable and suppose such a draft is passed, it will take several months to form an investigative mechanism," he said. "You don’t want to hear that no traces of a chemical attack have been found in Syria’s Douma.".
