Moscow calls for creation of broad international anti-terrorist coalition

Money won’t save anyone from the threat of terrorism, a Russian diplomat warns

MOSCOW, April 3. /TASS/. Moscow calls on the global community for pooling efforts in countering common threats and creating a broad international anti-terrorist coalition, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko said on Tuesday, addressing a session of the Valdai International Discussion Club, dubbed The Future of Diplomacy and Political Communications.

According to Grushko, Moscow has a positive program concerning the United States. "We cannot emphasize it enough because we believe that pooling efforts in order to counter common threats and challenges is important since we are on the same boat," he said.

"Money won’t save anyone from the threat of terrorism, so there is a need to create a broad international coalition," the Russian deputy foreign minister pointed out.
