Moscow develops mutually beneficial relations with Caracas — Lavrov

MOSCOW, November 15. /TASS/. The development of relations between Moscow and Caracas depends on the degree of mutual benefit for both countries, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Wednesday.

"We have been developing mutually beneficial relations with Venezuela, just like other countries, including the European ones," he said. "The development of relations depends on how much both parties can benefit from it," the Russian top diplomat added.
