The British embassy said earlier Johnson’s visit had been postponed

MOSCOW, March 27. /TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and his British counterpart Boris Johnson have talked by telephone to discuss preparations for Johnson’s visit to Moscow due soon, the Russian Foreign Ministry said after the conversation held at Britain’s initiative on Monday.

"The conversation concerned preparations for the British foreign secretary’s working visit to Moscow due soon," the Russian Foreign Ministry said.

The British embassy told TASS earlier on Monday Johnson’s visit had been postponed indefinitely, as NATO’s foreign ministers are scheduled to meet in Brussels on March 31. The hope was expressed that Johnson’s visit to Moscow would take place in the near future.
