MOSCOW, March 2. /TASS/. France and Germany have taken a cautious stance on expanding the Normandy format of negotiations on Ukraine, while Moscow has never refused to discuss the situation in that country, Russian Permanent Representative to the EU, Vladimir Chizhov, told the Rossiya 24 TV channel on Thursday.
He noted that the sentiment in favor of expanding the Normandy format is not something entirely new.
"Paris and Berlin are jealous about it," he noted. "Russia has never refused to discuss the situation in Ukraine, including with the United States."
