MOSCOW, February 10. /TASS/. The meeting of Russian Foreign Minister, Sergey Lavrov, and NATO Secretary General, Jens Stoltenberg, on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference due to be held on February 17-19 is not ruled out, Russian Permanent Representative to NATO, Alexander Grushko, said on Friday.
He noted that there is an agreement on using the opportunities of meetings at international events that involve Russia’s top diplomat and the alliance’s secretary general.
"Contacts in Munich are not ruled out," he said.
