MOSCOW, December 14. /TASS/. Escalation of the situation in Central Asia creates conditions for penetration in Russia of terrorists under the guise of refugees, Russian Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev said on Wednesday.
"Escalation of the situation in Central Asia provokes growth in migration processes and creates conditions for attempts made by the representatives of international terrorist and extremist organizations to penetrate in the country under the guise of refugees," Kolokoltsev said speaking in the Federation Council, Russia’s upper house of parliament.
