Russian top diplomat holding meeting with EU foreign policy chief in Hamburg

HAMBURG, December 8. /TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov is having a meeting with Christine Muttonen, the President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) on the sidelines of the OSCE Ministerial Council meeting in Germany’s Hamburg.

The talks are being held behind closed doors.

Earlier on Thursday, the Russian top diplomat met with OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini and French Foreign Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault.
