HAMBURG, December 8. /TASS/. The Minsk agreement are the only way to settle the conflict in Ukraine, anyone sabotaging them should stop doing that, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said at a meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council in the German city of Hamburg.
"It is only possible to settle the conflict based on the Minsk agreements and the UN Security Council Resolution 2202," he said. "The time has come to stop sabotaging these decisions as there are no alternatives to direct talks between the parties (Kiev and LPR, DPR) through the Contact Group with the assistance of the Normandy Quartet," the Russian top diplomat added.
