MOSCOW, December 1. /TASS/. Pyongyang’s actions should not be used as a pretext for military build-up in the region, Russia’s Foreign Ministry said commenting on the resolution adopted by the UN Security Council which condemns the recent nuclear test.
"The UN Security Council Resolution 2321 does not close the door on the search for a political solution to the nuclear issue and other problems facing the region," the ministry noted. "Nothing should serve as a pretext for military build-up."
