Kremlin says Russia not to raise question of sanctions at international meetings

The Kremlin spokesman comments on the statement US president Barack Obama made while in Berlin about the need to keep Russia sanctions

SOCHI, November 18. /TASS/. Russia has no plans to raise the question of lifting sanctions at international meetings, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.

"Sanctions are not on our agenda, we have never initiated any sanctions," he said. "That is why Russia has no plans to raise this question during any international meetings."

However, that doesn’t prevent us from maintaining dialogue on the issues that are of interest to Russia," Peskov said when requested to comment on the statement US president Barack Obama made while in Berlin about the need to keep Russia sanctions.
