MOSCOW, November 17 /TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Peter Maurer, the president of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), will meet in Moscow on November 23 to discuss the humanitarian state of affairs in Syria and Ukraine, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Thursday.
"A meeting between Sergey Lavrov and Peter Maurer, who will be paying a working visit to Russia, will take place on November 23. Special attention will be paid to the situation in southeast Ukraine and Syria," the diplomat said.
