Putin discusses cooperation, Ukraine, Syria with Kazakhstan’s president — Kremlin

MOSCOW, October 28. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin has had a phone talk with Kazakhstan’s President Nursultan Nazarbayev, focusing on bilateral cooperation and international issues, including the Ukraine and Syria crises, the Kremlin press service said on Friday.

The two heads of state "spoke about rapidly developing cooperation of Russia and Kazakhstan and topical international issues, including the Ukraine and Syria crises. A schedule for further bilateral contacts has been agreed," the statement says.

The phone conversation was held at Kazakhstan’s request.
