Moscow to take into account US refusal to allow Russian diplomats to monitor elections

MOSCOW, October 20. /TASS/. Russia will take into consideration the US State Department’s refusal to provide Russian diplomats with an opportunity to monitor the US presidential elections at polling stations, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said at a briefing on Thursday.

"We will take this position into account while assessing the transparency and democracy of these elections," the spokeswoman said.
