MOSCOW, October 18. /TASS/. Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov and prominent US international relations expert, Professor John Mearsheimer of University of Chicago who is currently in the Russian capital, discussed the conflicts in Syria and Ukraine and bilateral relations issues on Tuesday, the Russian Foreign Ministry has reported.
"There was a keen and frank exchange of views on the agenda of the Russian-American dialogue with the focus on the Ukrainian and Syrian conflicts," the ministry said. "They also discussed some relevant aspects of the Russian-US bilateral relations."
