ISTANBUL, October 10 /TASS/. The Kremlin refrains from making any forecasts about relations between Moscow and Washington after the presidential elections in the United States in November, Russian president’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov said on Monday.
"It is difficult to say. It is impossible now to make any guesses on that matter," he told journalists.
