JERUSALEM, September 30. /TASS/. Russia continues consultations on organizing talks between Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Palestinian President Mahmud Abbas, Valentina Matviyenko, the speaker of the upper house of Russian parliament told Russian reporters after talks with Netanyahu in Jerusalem
"Russian-Israeli and Russian-Palestinian dialogue on the issue is underway and nothing should be ruled out," she said. "Russia offered its engagement in the process, and both sides treat this proposal with understanding."
If the sides reach agreement on the talks, the Netanyahu-Abbas meeting will be held in Moscow.
