UNITED NATIONS, September 22 /TASS/. Russia will not bargain with the European Union over sanctions at the United Nations General Assembly, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexey Meshkov said on Thursday.
"We have never put that question that way. It was not we who imposed those sanctions and it is not we who should lift them. There will be no bargaining," Meshkov stressed.
