NEW YORK, September 20. /TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov plans to meet with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg and President of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Peter Maurer on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly on Septemner 21, a source in the Russian delegation told TASS on Tuesday.
"These meetings are planned for tomorrow," the Russian diplomat said.
The 71st session of the United Nations General Assembly opened in New York on September 13. Lavrov is leading the Russian delegation. He is expected to take the floor during the political discussion on September 23 and hold a series of bilateral meetings on the session’s sidelines.
