MOSCOW, September 19. /TASS/. Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov has not confirmed media rumors of plans for creating a state security ministry.

"No, I cannot," Peskov said when asked to confirm publications in the daily Kommersant there were plans for creating a state security ministry that would incorporate the federal security service FSB, federal bodyguard service FSO and foreign intelligence SVR.
