BISHKEK, September 16. /TASS/. The diplomatic staff at the Russian embassy in Ukraine will be provided with an opportunity to vote in the upcoming parliamentary elections at the embassy, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov told journalists. Ukrainian authorities can’t prevent that, he stressed.
"Of course, the voting will be arranged at the embassy and other diplomatic establishments because Russian nationals work there," Peskov noted. "They can’t forbid voting on the territory of diplomatic missions".
