Russian, Moldovan top diplomats discuss Transdniestrian settlement process

MOSCOW, September 16. /TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and his Moldovan counterpart Andrei Galbur discussed the situation in the Transdniestrian settlement negotiation process on Friday. According to the Russian Foreign Ministry, the meeting took place on the sidelines of the CIS Council of Foreign Ministers meeting in Bishkek.

"During the conversation, (the two top diplomats) reviewed the agenda of bilateral cooperation and inter-agency interaction in foreign policy," the ministry reported. "The two sides also discussed the current situation in the negotiation process on the Transdniestrian settlement.".
