MOSCOW, September 12. /TASS/. Russia is not planning to discuss electoral processes on its territory with any other country, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Monday.

"In this case, in general the Russian side is not ready to perceive any demands (on holding the elections)," Peskov said.

The Kremlin spokesman stressed that the demands put forward by Ukraine "cannot be taken into account in any circumstances."

On September 10, Ukraine’s President Pyotr Poroshenko ordered to notify Russia it is impossible to organize the Russian parliamentary elections in Ukraine on September 18, the president’s press secretary Svyatoslav Tsegolko said.

Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maryana Betsa said that voting for the candidates to the State Duma on the premises of Russia’s diplomatic and consular missions would run counter to the Ukrainian and international legislation. There are four diplomatic missions of Russia in Ukraine: the embassy in Kiev and the consulates general in Odessa, Kharkov and Lvov.

A member of Russia’s Central Election Commission Vasily Likhachev said there are some 80,000 Russian voters in Ukraine.
